Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our store by contacting customer service directly.

After Dispatch

If an order is canceled after dispatch, delivery charges are non-refundable.

2. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for eligible issues under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an appliance that is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours for a free exchange.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags intact.

  • The item must be in its original box and outer packaging, including all user manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or store invoice) is required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, power surges, or customer misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing enclosed accessories/manuals.

  • Change of mind after the package has been opened or used.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds for canceled pre-paid orders or eligible returns will be processed via original bank transfer or digital funds transfer within 3 to 5 business days following receipt and verification of the returned appliance. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via direct bank transfer or digital wallet.
