Shipping Policy (Karachi Only)

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver exclusively within the municipal limits of Karachi, Pakistan. We do not accept or process orders for delivery outside Karachi through this website.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Deliveries are conducted during standard operating hours (Monday through Saturday).

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery area within Karachi, or offered as flat-rate delivery.

Any applicable promotional free shipping will be clearly indicated at checkout.

4. Receiving & Inspection at Delivery

Due to the mechanical and fragile nature of kitchen appliances, customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the outer packaging and physical condition of the item in the presence of the delivery representative before taking final delivery.
